All lectures will take place in the Stable Wing at Castletown, admission €5, payable at the door.  Booking is not required but seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Join us for tea/coffee after the lecture.

LECTURE 1 of the Winter Lecture Series took place on Wednesday 7 November 2012 at 8 pm and was presented  by Fidelma Byrne, Regina Donlon and Ciaran Reilly (3 x 15 minute papers).  'Emigration and the Irish Diaspora - case studies of the Great Irish Famine'.

LECTURE 2 of the Winter Lecture Series took place on Wednesday, 5 December 2012 8.00 pm and was presented by Emer Crooke, (National University of Ireland Maynooth)
