**RESCHEDULED** Castletown Lecture 5: Terence Dooley, 'The life of Hermione, 5th duchess of Leinster'

Due to circumstances beyond our control it has been necessary to bring forward Dr Terence Dooley’s lecture: 'In this black-dog haunted place’: The life of Hermione, 5th duchess of Leinster, at Carton, Co. Kildare, 1884-1895. The lecture will now take place on Wednesday 29 February (instead of 7 March) at 8.00pm.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused - we hope that you will still be able to join us for what is sure to be a most informative and enjoyable evening.

The lecture will be held in the newly restored East Wing/Stable Wing at Castletown. No booking is required but seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission is €5.00 payable at the door, by cash or cheque only. Patrons are requested to be seated by 7.50pm. Join us for tea/coffee after the lecture.
